FIVE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
For five (5) years from the date of purchase, Sitting Pretty by Pride Mobility Ltd. (hereafter ‘Sitting Pretty’) will repair or replace at our opinion to the original purchaser, any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorised dealer of Sitting Pretty to be defective in material and/or workmanship:
◼ Main frame
◼ Mechanism
◼ Motor
◼ Hand Control
◼ Transformer / Control Box
◼ Wiring
Controllers: Any attempt to open or dismantle these parts will lead to this warranty being void.
NOTE: All Sitting Pretty products come with a specified weight capacity for safe usage; consult your owner’s manual for details. Exceeding this weight limit will void your warranty.
ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
For one (1) year from the date of purchase, Sitting Pretty will repair or replace at our option to the original purchaser, free of charge, any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorised representative of Sitting Pretty to be defective in material and/or workmanship:
◼ Fabric
◼ Fibres
◼ Foam
◼ Heat And Massage Components
BATTERY WARRANTY
(Lithium-ion) Battery is covered by a separate 12-month warranty, provided by the original battery manufacturer.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
Full product warranty is extended to the original purchaser for new consumer purchases only. This warranty is not extended to third-party payers or renters. This warranty does not extend to those items which may require replacement due to fair wear and tear. This warranty does not extend to fabric that has been supplied by anyone other than a Sitting Pretty approved supplier, e.g. the original purchaser.
◼ Circumstances beyond the control of Sitting Pretty
◼ Labor, service calls, shipping and other charges incurred for repair of the product after the first year (12 months) from the date of purchase, unless specifically authorised, IN ADVANCE, by Sitting Pretty
◼ Repairs and/or modifications made to any part without specific consent from Sitting Pretty
Exclusions also include components (incl. fabric) with damage caused by:
◼ Contamination
◼ Abuse, misuse, or negligence
◼ Battery fluid spillage or leakage
◼ Commercial use or use other than normal
◼ Improper operation, maintenance, or storage
◼ Acts of God or Nature
SERVICE CHECKS AND WARRANTY SERVICE
Warranty service must be performed by an authorised Sitting Pretty provider. Do not return faulty product(s) to Sitting Pretty without prior written authorization. All transportation costs and shipping damage incurred while submitting product(s) for repair or replacement are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Failure to follow the instructions, warnings, and notes in the owner’s manual and those located on your Sitting Pretty product can result in personal injury or product damage and will void Sitting Pretty’s product warranty.
IMPLIED WARRANTIES
This warranty is given in lieu of the implied conditions contained in Sections 13, 14 and 15 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 or any subsequent statutory provision and any other condition or warranty implied by trade custom, usage or common law. Any and all other implied warranties are excluded.
Adjustable beds
THREE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
For three (3) years from the date of purchase, Sitting Pretty by Pride Mobility Ltd. (hereafter ‘Sitting Pretty’) will repair or replace at our opinion to the original purchaser, any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorised dealer of Sitting Pretty to be defective in material and/or workmanship:

◼ Motor
◼ Hand Control
◼ Transformer / Control Box
◼ Wiring
NOTE: All Sitting Pretty Adjustable Beds come with a weight capacity of 25 stone for safe usage; consult your owner’s manual for details. Exceeding this weight limit will void your warranty.
